Stagionarsi is happy to be hosting it’s next seven course tasting menu with wine pairing Saturday April 13th. Guest cheffing this event, along with Scott Andrews, is another alum of SPACE on Ryder Farm, the wonderfully charming Stephen Sanders.
Doors Open, at 6pm with a cocktail mingle period and first course being served between 6:30 and 7pm. Expect dinner to take about 2 1/2 hours. People are free to stay and mingle some more afterward, though the night will ultimately draw to a close at 11pm.
This will be an early Spring menu. Please let us know of any food restrictions you or your guest(s) may have no later than Wednesday April 10th. The menu concept is as follows (subject to change based on farmers market availability):
